Tenacity Girls Lacrosse Camps and Clinics

Fall Ball programs run for six weeks starting in September and ending in November. They are hour and a half sessions in the evening, once a week.
Skill Level: Beginner- Advanced; 3rd graders- High Schoolers
(exceptions can be made)
Focus: Stickwork, Offense, Defense, Teamwork, Tenacity Principles
6:20-6:30 Check In have coaches show stick tricks/ partner pass
6:30-6:45 Intros, Warm-up in groups*- 5 min dynamic, 5 min stick ladders
7:00-7:40 Stations-15 min each in groups.
7:40-8pm Fireball or Scrimmage with your group!
*Groups ares based off of age as well as skill level.
