OUR PURPOSE

To help girls navigate life’s challenges by providing a supportive environment where they can develop the necessary tools to become successful on and off the field. Through our athletic programs, we cultivate tenacious student-athletes who are goal-setters, problem-solvers, and collaborators. Our players earn the skills to play and live under pressure. We know that adversity cannot be prevented in our girls’ lives, but the translatable skills that our players acquire through sports will help them meet these challenges with confidence and community.

OUR MISSION

The Tenacity Project is a women-led movement that uses lacrosse as a vehicle to provide all girls access to opportunities to learn, play, and live with tenacity.

Camps & Clinics in order to…

  • Grow the game of lacrosse in new markets across the US

  • Provide beginner / intermediate-level training 

  • Provide skill-specific and position-specific development


Leadership Development Workshops (LIT) in order to…

  • Provide virtual leadership development programming to student-athletes all over the country led by the nation’s top coaches

  • Provide a space to consistently reflect, practice mindfulness, set goals, and collaborate on progress toward goals


Elite National Teams (5th – 12th) in order to…

  • Generate access to national tournament participation

  • Provide college counseling/recruiting support

  • Provide elite training experiences

OUR IMPACT

  • ~$1M in scholarship money has been awarded since 2007

  • 100% of our Tenacity program graduates have graduated from high school
