The Girls Lacrosse Camps & Elite Programs for Training Future College Athletes

Watch our video to see how we use lacrosse programs, teams and tournaments to build strong women.

Tenacity builds strong women on and off the lacrosse field.

Founded by Theresa Sherry—Princeton alumna, championship coach, and Hall of Fame athlete—the Tenacity Project uses lacrosse as a platform to empower girls and young women.

Core to the program is the Tenacity Way, a unique, holistic approach that emphasizes well-being, mental toughness, and personal growth.

Tenacity has impacted thousands of athletes nationwide—500+ of whom have gone on to play in college—helping them grow into resilient, confident leaders on and off the field.

Skill Building & Game IQ

At Tenacity, skill development is driven by world-class lacrosse coaching staff members who have competed and led at the highest levels of collegiate and national play. Our athletes learn the techniques, decision-making, and competitive mindset that unlock their potential while growing as leaders in every part of their lives.

Mental Toughness

Tenacity helps girls build mental resilience by giving them tools to understand their emotions and manage pressure. Through guided journaling, reflection exercises, and supportive coaching, participants learn to stay centered, confident, and connected to who they are—on and off the field.

Leadership Training

Tenacity grows leaders by giving girls real opportunities to step up, speak up, and shine. Through a collection of regional events, tournaments, and virtual leadership workshops, our athletes practice communication, collaboration, and decision-making in supportive, coach-led environments.

Girls Lacrosse Camps & Programs for Every Level, Grades 3–12

Whether your daughter is picking up a stick for the first time or training for her college commitment, Tenacity has a program and a community built for where she is right now, and where she's headed.

Sixes Academy
Grades 3–12

The Sixes Academy is Tenacity's year-round lacrosse membership, built around the fast-paced, high-skill 6v6 format of the game. Athletes train in small-sided, high-touch environments that sharpen individual stick skills, decision-making, and competitive confidence while building lasting friendships on and off the field.

Elite Teams
Grades 5–12

Tenacity Elite Teams are our highest-level competitive women's lacrosse program, bringing together the best young female lacrosse players in the region for full-season training, elite tournaments, and national competition. Selected through tryouts, Elite Team athletes push each other to grow and are guided by coaches who've competed and led at the highest levels of collegiate and national lacrosse.

Youth Summer Camps
Pre-K to 8th Grade

Our girls' lacrosse summer camp programs introduce young athletes to the sport in a welcoming, fun, and skill-focused environment. Designed for all levels, from first-time players to developing competitors, every camper gets high level coaching, individual attention, and the kind of confidence that only comes from trying something hard with a great team around you.

Western Winners College Showcase Grades 8–12

Western Winners is the premier girls lacrosse recruiting showcase in the West and one of the most valuable events a college-bound athlete can attend. High school lacrosse players compete in front of college coaches from programs across the country, creating direct pathways to exposure, real conversations, and college opportunities.

Tenacity Select
Utah Regional Teams

Tenacity Select brings high-quality competitive girls lacrosse to athletes across Utah through regionally based teams that compete locally and statewide. It's the ideal on-ramp to travel lacrosse for Utah-based families and a clear development pathway toward Tenacity's elite programs.

At Tenacity, the results speak for themselves. More than 500 young women who trained with us have gone on to play in college lacrosse programs ranging from Division I powerhouses to academically rigorous Division III schools that turn great athletes into exceptional people. But the number we're most proud of isn't on a trophy or a stat sheet. It's the confidence we see in athletes who showed up to their first Tenacity camp unsure of themselves, and left ready to compete and lead at any skill level.

From Pre-K beginners at summer camp to Elite Team athletes heading to Division I programs, every Tenacity athlete is coached to the same standard: complete effort, whole-person development, and the belief that girls who feel strong in sport go on to feel strong in every part of their lives.

Common Questions About Our Girls' Lacrosse Camps & Programs

We've gathered the most common questions from parents and athletes below. Don't see yours? Reach out to us. We're always happy to help find the right fit for your daughter.

  • Tenacity is built on the Tenacity Way. It is our holistic coaching philosophy that combines elite skill development, mental toughness training (through guided journaling and reflection exercises), and structured leadership development. Founded by Princeton alumna and Hall of Fame coach Theresa Sherry, Tenacity was designed to develop the whole athlete, not just the lacrosse player. The result: young women who perform better on the field and lead with confidence everywhere else.

  • The Sixes Academy is a year-round girls lacrosse membership for grades 3–12, built around the 6v6 format of the game. Unlike a one-time camp or a seasonal travel team, the Sixes Academy is an ongoing training community where athletes develop their skills, compete in events, and build lasting relationships with coaches and teammates throughout the entire year. It's ideal for players who want consistent, structured development without the full commitment of a competitive travel team.

  • Yes. We believe every girl who wants to play lacrosse should have the opportunity to do so. Tenacity Project offers scholarship opportunities for athletes who need financial support. You can apply through the scholarship form on our website. We encourage any family with questions about financial assistance to reach out directly, we'll do everything we can to help.
