To empower, educate, and inspire girls through the sport of lacrosse.
Who We Are
We are a national movement to get more girls playing lacrosse and learning life lessons through sports. We run a diverse mix of programs including – Girls Lacrosse camps, Lacrosse club teams, coach development, community outreach, and college counseling for those looking to play women’s lacrosse at the college level.
What We Believe
We believe that we can help young women navigate life’s challenges by providing a supportive environment in which they can develop the necessary tools for becoming successful on and off the field. Through these girls athletic programs, we can help student-athletes become adept at goal setting, problem solving, performing under pressure, and working well with others. It is important that our athletes learn to compete hard but also gain an understanding of how to win and lose with class and grace.

What We Do
We COACH, we UNITE and we FACILITATE- We coach players and we teach other coaches. We unite officials, coaches, schools, and communities to create programs that are beneficial for young girls.
