NATIONAL TEAMS

Any players interested in playing on a Tenacity National Team must participate in a POB Academy training in your region. Please visit our POB Academy page for more info and to register.

Tenacity has been providing elite coaching and college support to female lacrosse players nationally for over 17 years.  More than a 1,000 of our athletes have found their fit at the next level at hundreds of colleges and universities across the nation.  Competition and growth are our pillars for success and through our whole person development curriculum, we have seen our alumni succeed on the field, in the classroom and beyond.  If you are up for the challenge, fill out the National Teams form to be considered!

Tenacity National teams bring together the best players from the Western States and beyond to train and compete at the highest level.  We make it a priority to support multi-sport athletes and individual development through our season schedule and resources provided.  Our grade-pure teams are formed at a young age with the goal of keeping the best and most committed players together throughout their Tenacity Project career.  We also support the growth of those looking to enhance their game with regional development academies, which provide technical and tactical instruction that will allow players to be successful in any system, both present and future.  We pride ourselves on providing elite, college level instruction and coaching.

As a selected member of a Tenacity National Team, you’ll receive access to the following:

  1. TOURNAMENTS: 4-8 tournaments per year (Summer and Fall season). Number of tournaments is dependent on age and east coast travel.
  2. TEAM CAMP: 2 Day Overnight Team Camp leading into Summer Season
  3. POB ACADEMY: Seasonal and regional elite training
  4. LIT4WOMEN: Online Female Leadership course taught by college coaches
  5. FAMER: Virtual coaching app
